By accessing or using the Services or Products you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service or Products.

By providing your mobile number to PRS Pharmacy Services, you agree to receive customer care messages from PRS Pharmacy Services.

Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance in whole or on a recurring basis, depending on your selections throughout the purchase process.

PRS shall hold and maintain the Confidential Information in strictest confidence for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Potential Client. PRS shall carefully restrict access to Confidential Information to employees, contractors and third parties as is reasonably required and shall require those persons to abide by nondisclosure restrictions at least as protective as those in this Document. PRS shall not, without prior approval of Potential Client, use for PRS’s own benefit or otherwise disclose to others, or permit the use by others for their benefit or to the detriment of Potential Client, any Confidential Information.
