I have received access to the employee handbook.

The employee handbook describes important information about PRS Pharmacy Services, and I understand that I should consult with my supervisor or human resources about any questions I have that may not have been answered in the handbook. I understand that my employment relationship with PRS Pharmacy Services is voluntary, and I acknowledge that PRS Pharmacy Services does not offer tenured or guaranteed employment to any employee. Thus, either I or PRS Pharmacy Services can terminate the at-will employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

This handbook and the policies and procedures contained herein supersede any and all prior practices, oral or written representations, or statements regarding the terms and conditions of my employment with PRS Pharmacy Services. By distributing this handbook, the company expressly revokes any and all previous policies and procedures that are inconsistent with those contained herein. I understand that it is my responsibility to read this employee handbook and comply with the company’s policies, as well as, any revisions made to them.

I understand that the employee handbook is considered as company confidential / proprietary information and I agree to treat it as such. I understand that misuse or unauthorized disclosure of this information, not otherwise available to persons or firms outside of the employer, is cause for corrective action, up to and including, termination.
